03 · Confirm the details
Keep every product-specific detail clear
Logo & artwork
Send the best available artwork or reference file you have. Our team will confirm whether it is suitable for the selected style and customization.
Colors
You can specify colors or refer to an existing product colorway. Screen display and fabric or printing may vary slightly, so the final color direction is confirmed before production.
Sizes are style-specific
Available sizes vary by style. Labels may use 2XS / XS / S / M, numeric sizes, youth labels, women’s labels, men’s labels or other product-specific labels. Detailed measurements are confirmed using the selected product’s size information.
Team roster
For team orders, a roster with name, number, size and quantity is helpful. Height and weight can be included for manual sizing assistance when available.
Quantity
Order quantity requirements can vary depending on the product, customization and order type. Share the required quantity early so the applicable arrangement can be confirmed.
Names & numbers
Provide player name, number and size information together. Final layout and decoration details are confirmed before production.

For suitable confirmed designs, sample turnaround can be around 3 days. Confirm the timing for the selected product and artwork first.
Production timing
Plan around the confirmed brief
For suitable confirmed orders around 1,000–2,000 pieces, production can typically take about one week, depending on design, order details, material availability and the current production schedule.
Repeat orders
Use the earlier order as a reference
For a reorder, share the original Product Code, previous order reference, names and numbers, required sizes and quantity. Confirm the current color and production details again.
